The first bar's the intro, so only play it once (the 4-5 part on E). Murdoc plays the
bar for the rest, until the slidey part. Sometime you'll hear the 6-/10\-6 part after he's
the verse, so listen closely. Before he gets to the slides, he plays the final bars 
the main ones. Listen
to it and you'll understand. Now for the sliding part:

Basically, hit the 6 note, slide up to 13 and pause for a moment and do
the same to 18. From 18, slide up to the end of the neck on the E string, then quickly
the 20 fret on the A. Don't do this:

It only sounds right when you keep sliding on the E string for the first three notes.

He just messes around with these bars, with some sliding fills here and there, of which
sure you can learn by yourself with these notes.
Murdoc reverts back to the non-sliding bars after a couple verses. Enjoy~
